Login Instructions - DL Business Intelligence
If you're having difficulty accessing or logging in to your DL Business Intelligence account, take a look at the troubleshooting tips below.
1. Enter correct User ID and Password
Make sure that you enter your User ID and Password exactly as they are written in the email message sent to your mailbox. It is important to notice that you have to use domain-prefix (DLEXTERNAL) when logging with Internet Explorer as your browser.
Correct format for User ID is DLEXTERNAL\XXXXXXX where X characters are replaced with your account User ID.
2. Trusted Sites in Internet Explorer browser
If you are using Internet Explorer browser, you need to add https://bi.dlsoftware.com/ into the list of Trusted Sites in the browsers security settings. This is a security feature for Internet Explorer browsers.
- Open Internet Options and tab called "Security"
- Add https://bi.dlsoftware.com/ into the list of Trusted sites as shown in the image below
- Save and restart the browser application
